8' 0" Model 8002K 5/6 weight
This rod is based on the Paul Young "Para 15" taper. One of Paul Young's most famous and versatile designs. This K.T. Keller version of the rod is supplied with both a 5 weight dry fly and 6 weight wet fly tip. It sports tan wraps with mahogany tipping, yellow/brown agate stripper, and bright nickel hardware. Uplocking light maple burl reel seat and a 7" half wels grip and a flawless blonde blank make this one a standout. Canvas rod sack and silver anodized tube included.

7' 9" Model 7901 5 weight
This rod is based on the Paul Young "Para 14" taper. A little longer and slightly heavier version of the "Perfectionist" taper. This one has very clean and crisp looks. It sports olive green wraps with very dark forest green tipping, white with yellow/green blush agate stripper, and bright nickel hardware. Uplocking gunstock walnut reel seat and our signature 7" modified cigar grip complement a nice medium flamed blank. This is a two piece, two tip rod with nodes matched in "butterfly" pattern. 7' 6" Model 7603 4 weight
The Paul Young "Perfectionist" taper is probably one of the most widely copied and acclaimed bamboo rods of all time. This rod is a wonderful parabolic that simply must be cast to be appreciated. At seven foot, six inches. and being a four weight, it truly is a versatile rod and is one of my personal favorites. This two piece, two tip rod with "butterfly' matched tips is finished with dark burgundy wraps, black tipping, modified cigar grip, and a dark maple burl slide band reel seat, a white and black mottled jasper stripper and bright nickel silver hardware on a medium flamed blank make for a stunning presentation. Another example of the Young "Perfectionist" taper with all the same characteristics of the above. This rod is on the opposite end of the spectrum for eye appeal. Dark flaming with blued hardware, cocobolo up locking reel seat, copper wraps with black tipping, modified cigar grip, and a white /yellow blush agate stripper complement this example of this two piece, two tip rod. This rod is directly based on the ever-proven Dickerson 7613. Faster action than the Young parabolics, this was one of Lyle Dickerson's most popular tapers. This two piece, two tip rod with "butterfly' matched tips is finished with rusty red wraps, black tipping, modified cigar grip, and a maple burl uplocking reel seat. This example of the Paul Young Driggs River taper is beautiful in every way. Medium dark flaming, bright nickel hardware, modified cigar grip and uplocking black ash burl reel seat nicely complement the antique gold wraps with black tipping and a lovely amber agate stripper. As a versatile rod you can't beat the Driggs. This is a great roll caster for reaching up under the tag alders and has enough backbone to reach out when necessary., This two piece rod is supplied with two "butterfly' matched tips. This seven footer is a powerhouse! A little more wood in the butt gives this Paul Young "Princess" taper a snappy feel while maintaining its parabolic roots. A great all around rod and widely duplicated. This is the newest addition to our current lineup. Steeped in the parabolic tradition, this rod taper was developed in our shop as an interim size between the Young Midge and Driggs tapers. Medium dark flaming and copper wraps with black tipping, a 6" cigar grip, a dark maple burl cap and ring reel seat and brown banded agate stripper accent a very traditional presentation. Several very accomplished casters have had the opportunity to cast this new rod, and all have been highly impressed. This two piece, two tip rod is sure to please and must be cast to be appreciated. Lovely medium flaming and dark burgundy/wine wraps with black tipping accent this rendition of the Paul Young "Midge" taper. A wonderful small stream rod with enough backbone to take care of most fishing situations you may encounter on spring creeks and smaller rivers. Measuring six foot three inches and rated as a four weight, it is short enough to be easily handled, yet versatile enough to roll cast up underneath the tag alders. This two piece, two tip rod with nodes matched "butterfly" style has a white agate stripper with a hint of brown, bright nickel hardware, and a slide band dark spalted maple reel seat and a six-inch cigar grip. 6' 0" Model 6001 3 weight
Pictures won't do this pretty little beauty justice. Based on the rare and seldom seen Paul Young Smidgen taper, some may see this lightweight rod as a mere toy. We see it as the perfect rod for stalking brook trout in pocket water and small streams. This rod has dark flaming, blued hardware, and an understated motif. Wraps are translucent copper lacking tipping and is accompanied by a plain Mildrum stripper, a dark maple burl double slide band reel seat, and 6" cigar grip.
